Alright, y’all. I do believe the time has come. I will tell you, though, this is possibly the hardest thing I have ever done. This is WAY harder than cutting all the processed crap from my life. WAY harder than never eating beans or grains. WAY, WAY harder than CrossFit! All that stuff is cake compared to this. I don’t think it is in our nature to really put ourselves “out there”, but I am going to do just that. I hope that the pics that follow inspire you to be better, eat better, LIVE better!
There are a few things you should know…
1) I am only halfway to my goal. Wait, no rephrase that…I AM halfway to my goal!!
2) The first pic was taken before I started eating Paleo. I think I lost about 8 lbs between 1-18-12 and 2-4-12 (when I started Paleo).
3) The last pic was taken after only 3 weeks of CrossFit. I can’t wait to take another in about a month!
4) Pic 1 is #224 (yikes!) and pic 3 is #186. That’s 38 lbs. Almost all of that weight loss is DIET related. I did not start working out until mid-April! ***This is your take away***—-DIET is the MOST important thing! The proof is in the pudding, y’all!
